How do we get there from Cebu City?
Santander is at the southern tip of Cebu, a long drive south of the city. Send your arrival day, party size, and starting point and we’ll reply by email, usually within 24 hours, with directions and the bus, van, or private car options.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 2pm daily, check-out 11am daily.
What about extra guests?
1-Bed Room holds max 2 guests strictly — no extra heads. 2-Bed Room sleeps 4 included, plus up to 2 extra heads at ₱500 each. Extra breakfast is around ₱150 per head — confirm on inquiry.
Do you host private gatherings?
Yes — ₱20,000 for 4 hours only, 10am–2pm or 6pm–10pm, 40 persons max with no extra heads. Includes dining area, pool, pool accessories, and the shoreline, at the beach or dining area. Kitchen access is +₱10,000, otherwise off-limits.
How do payments work?
By bank transfer (EASTWEST Bank) — see Payment instructions for account details. Send dates first, transfer the deposit, send proof to the same email thread, and your reservation is confirmed only after our team verifies it. Nothing is charged online.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before check-in for a full deposit refund, 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund, and under 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, sun protection, and anything you need for slow days — the pool, the shore, and the lounge cover the rest.
Is it a quiet place?
Yes — that's the point. Quiet gardens, sea breeze, no party scene. If you're after nightlife, we're not your resort, and we'd rather tell you now.
